Description
SBW series centrifugal sand pumps are closed impeller design and with oil lubrication configuration. SBW series sand pumps are specialized pumps designed for oil and gas drilling industry. By adopting axial suction structure and wear resistant ductile iron for flow passing parts, SBW sand pumps are capable to deliver corrosive drilling mud (with suspended particulates) and other slurry under similar working condition.
SBW sand pumps take our patented mechanical seal as main sealing, which is made of highly wear resistant hard alloy. Auxiliary seal is graphite packing seal which could prevent accidents happening. This type of combined main and auxiliary seal structure has been proved reliable and ease of maintenance by site long term application. Shaft seals are grease lubricated type, while bearings are oil lubricated type.
