Key Features

Rugged Construction: Engineered for extreme demands of the petroleum industry, our mud gate valves are built to last. The body, bonnet, seat, stem and gate all take the premium alloy steel as base material and ultrasonic test is done to the gate, body and stem to ensure zero defection.

Seal Integrity: Floating structure is taken for the valve seat, which could ensure the effective seal between seat and gate. Besides, Nickel-based alloy is painted alongside of the surface of seal pair. Seal surface hardness value is 45~62 HRC, and coupled with features of anti-abrasion and wear resistant, which enhance the service life of mud gate valve dramatically. Seal packing of gate adopts the lip type, which ensure seal performance for normal pressure or high pressure.

Precision Engineering: Each valve is crafted with precision, meeting stringent API 6A standards for safety and efficiency.

Inspection and Testing: Hydrostatic test as per API standards, generally 1.5 times of the working pressure.
